This is based on 50 years of ultracentrifuge design and decades of world class manufacture and overhaul of turbo machinery and high speed permanent magnet rotor design.
High-precision machining use a range of lathes and 5-axis up to 11-axis milling equipment and is supported by NADCAP approvals for chemical processing, welding, shot peening and non-destructive testing. All turbine wheels, fans, impellers are manufactured entirely in-house.
Experienced and certified engineers determine the product design, command the materials engineering, oversee the process engineering, lead the machining and direct the product support. The logistic system is based on low constant work in process (CONWIP) and single-piece flow, guaranteeing very short through-put times.
