Engineering supports Aeronamic's business in the design, manufacturing and after market support. The focus is on rotating parts, with an emphasis on centrifugal compressor wheels and permanent magnet rotors for high-speed electrical machines. Experienced and certified engineers take care of product design, materials engineering, process engineering, machining and product support.

Design

Fully fledged CAD, CAM and CAE capabilities are based on the Unigraphics/Nastran suite. But it is experience that counts. Fifty years of ultracentrifuge design, twenty years of the manufacture and overhaul of turbo machinery and fifteen years of high speed PM rotor design have left their marks. Manufacturing

Special processes are in good hands at Aeronamic. Fully certified highly educated specialists manage key processes on NDT, shot peening, welding, material testing, chemical processing and balancing.

Product support

Component Maintenance Manuals, Service Bulletins, Spare Parts Bulletins, material investigations, trouble shooting, value engineering, reliability engineering, configuration control, material review board, repair development… just a few activities that go on at the Engineering department. This demonstrates that Aeronamic is not a single piece manufacturer, but a system house.
