Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

• Het ontwerpen van testopstellingen voor pneumatische, elektrische en hydraulische luchtvaart subsystemen.
• Het ontwerpen van instrumentatie en data acquisitie van verschillende typen sensoren (druk, temperatuur, spanningsmeter, massastroom, etc.) die tijdens het testen gebruikt worden.
• Het opzetten van technische specificaties voor testopstellingen.
• Het beheren en toezicht houden op de realisatie van testopstellingen.
• Assisteren bij het testen van prototypes.
• Het schrijven van gedetailleerde documentatie, waaronder specificaties, onderhouds- en ijkingsinstructies, bedieninstructies en kwalificatie-instructies.
• Kwalificeren en begeleiden van medewerkers.
• Problemen oplossen

Opleiding/kwalificaties:

Een afgeronde Bachelor of Master opleiding in Werktuigbouwkunde/Elektrotechniek met minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring op het gebied van:

• Mechatronica
• Regeltechniek
• Projectmanagement

Tot de werkzaamheden behoren ook het begrijpen en schrijven van complexe documenten in de Engelse taal. Hiervoor zijn een nauwkeurige en systematische aanpak en uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in de Engelse taal vereist.

Opleiding/kwalificaties

- Oppervlaktebehandelingsprocessen (reinigen, ontvetten, passiveren, anodiseren, chromateren, coatings, shotpeening, etc.)
- Materiaalkunde (warmtebehandeling, materiaalselectie)

• Het bepalen van verspaningsstrategie plus het maken van CNC programma’s met bijbehorende documentatie voor nieuwe producten.

• Initiëren en optimaliseren van verbeteringsprocessen van systemen, methoden en technieken van de lopende productie.
• Mede bepalen van toekomstige verspanings- en CAD/CAM/PLM technologieën, daaraan gekoppelde investeringen en implementatie hiervan in de productie.
• Troubleshooten bij alle voorkomende productieproblemen.
• Stelt zeker dat zijn activiteiten conform de eisen worden gerealiseerd; evalueert zijn werkzaamheden, corrigeert en rapporteert.

Wij verwachten een CAD/CAM engineer met:

• Minimaal een afgeronde MBO-opleiding niveau 4 (wtb), aangevuld met vervolgopleidingen (HBO werk- en denkniveau).
• Ervaring met CAD/CAM systemen (NX, Hypermill).
• Meerjarige relevante werkervaring met optimalisatie van machines en programma’s en automatisering van verspaning.
• Kennis van (technisch) Engels.
