As a licensed OEM manufacturer of driven load compressors for Honeywell APUs, we have a long experience in maintenance, repair and overhaul. This means we have accumulated a wealth of knowledge about these components.
Aeronamic has constantly invested in testing facilities. All systems are integrated by a highly skilled and flexible workforce but nothing is delivered without a final functional test to ensure its performance and quality.
When items are returned, all shop visits are registered and analyzed for repair cost drivers, including future trends, and this massive data-base allows work scoping to be optimized without compromising reliability and performance. It is also used to refine our service check procedures to further decrease downtime and cost.
Inspection is focussed on real time issues and an understanding of operational experience. Our research efforts allow repair procedures to be developed at an early stage and are constantly used to develop new schemes as new events arise. Whereever possible, rejected parts are cost-effectively repaired to keep shop visit costs low for our customers.
Any compressor in our facility is supported by a reliable, quality oriented and concise supply chain together with in-house repair capabilities that use robotics for specialty services.
